Lil Swag Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Custom and personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at business.milestogo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
- Please use a trackable shipping method for returns. Lil Swag is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- For defective or incorrect items, Lil Swag will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
4. Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges for items of the same value based on availability.

- If the requested exchange item is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.

8. Late or Missing Refunds:

- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
